Bird Up! – Something New for the Fall

This fall we are debuting Saint Paul Audubon’s new more informal version of birding events, Bird Ups.  Meet up at the site, and everyone will be responsible for finding and identifying the birds.  SPAS will provide a convener who is familiar with the park and knows which areas to visit, and who will make sure everyone finds their way back to the parking lot. Birders of all levels welcome. Keep an eye on the SPAS website as we hope to offer Bird Ups throughout the fall.

Meet at the Visitor Center. NOTE – Annual or Daily MN State Park Pass required.

DIFFICUULTY:     Moderate, wood chip and sand trails, some ups and downs. About 2.5 – 3 miles. Restrooms at Visitor Center and about halfway at campgrounds.
