Migrants of Open Country

Much of Lake Elmo Regional Park offers far distant views across meadows and fields bounded by strip woodlands. Such areas attract different migrants and raptors than frequent wooded areas.

Meet at 7:30 at Sears to carpool, or at 8:00 at Lake Elmo Regional Park. Purchase a day pass if you do not have an annual sticker, then proceed about a half mile to the first parking lot on the left.

Registration: No registration required.

Difficulty: Easy.
