Urban Bird Fest at Springbrook Nature Center

Join St. Paul Audubon members for a day of free bird activities and hikes at Springbrook Nature Center.

Springbrook Nature Center will be birding headquarters for the 5 day Urban Bird Festival. From 9:00 to 3:00 pm there will be binocular demonstrations, bird banding, and discussions about backyard bird feeding.

Look for bird information from the following organizations: St. Paul Audubon, Audubon Minnesota, Minnesota’s Ornithological Union, Minnesota DNR Nongame Program, Bell Museum.

Box lunch can be reserved by calling Springbrook Nature Center 763-572-3588. Enjoy lunch while listening to Lyle Bradly speaking about birds and their habitat.

You’ll also have a chance to join one of our bird hikes. The following field trips leave from the Nature Center.
