Adult Beginning Bird Classes
February 16, 2010 to April 27, 2010
Back by popular demand – St. Paul Audubon’s Beginning Bird Identification Classes. We are partnering with the Maplewood Nature Center to offer this hands on educational program. Saint Paul Audubon members and birding experts Bonnie Sample and Chase Davies will teach students how to really see and identify birds. The class begins with common feeder birds to learn identification techniques. Students will practice those techniques on other winter birds during field trips. Subsequent sessions will focus on other groups of species in the order that birds move into and through the area.
